I am going to share the experience of scaling development team from ten to nearly a hundred people over the last three years, doubling the number of developers annually. In order to accomplish this it was required to change the structure and processes; to streamline interaction with internal customers and stakeholders, as well as create additional development teams in different cities while preserving a unified corporate culture.
