The modern world forces us to adapt quickly for the changing circumstances, so we performing organization changes transferring our production to Agile-rails, but transition process often happens unsuccessful because to the fact that a couple of "wagons" were lost.

Agile - it is quite easy approach of production process management, but  in such implementations as Scrum and Kanban there are some mandatory things that cannot be thrown, but often did.
