Short presentation to determine and demonstrate 5 simple psychological practices, which could be useful for every person who works in teams with other people: I-statement, acceptance before critic, anonymization of position, readiness for errors, praise. 

The shorter the time working together as a team, the more useful are these practice. 

I don't think that my presentation will be very useful for "top gun" professionals, as they are likely to use these practices (some consciously, others - not). At the same time, it could be interesting as a verbalisation and systematisation of well known methods, how to make your conversations more effective.
